Jordan's Princess Haya has called for a "new culture of aid" to be created to make progress on global issues. The princess - who is married to Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum - addressed the opening session of the seventh annual Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development conference (Dihad) in her role as a Un Messenger of Peace, where she admitted she was concerned about how aid money is raised and spent.
