A revista New York afirma que “Starship Troopers” (1997) vai ter um remake. Este filme sci-fi de Paul Verhoeven foi, na altura do seu lançamento, muito bem recebido pelo público e é tido como um dos melhores trabalhos das carreiras de Casper Van Dien e Denise Richards. O produtor Neal Moritz já contratou Ashley Miller e Zack Stentz para escreverem este remake, cuja história deverá voltar a abordar o conflito universal entre os humanos da Terra e os insectos de Klendathu. »
