Gwyneth Paltrow has offered fans a little sound Thanksgiving advice by asking her own life gurus how we can all better ourselves.
Buddhist scholar Elizabeth Mattis-Namgyel, Deepak Chopra and Michael Berg, the co-Director of The Kabbalah Centre in Los Angeles have all offered their take on a question Paltrow has posed in her latest Goop.com blog.
She asks, "What can we do to identify and get rid of judgment in ourselves and in our lives?"
The actress also uses her weekly newsletter to wish fans the best for the holidays, writing, "I wish you a Thanksgiving filled with love and gratitude."
