Gran iniciativa la que han llevado a cabo este fin de semana (21,22 y 23 de Octubre) Phenomena y los Cines Urgell de Barcelona proyectando un total de 6 películas clásicas españolas dentro del marco del cine fantástico. Todo ello bajo el título de Spanish Bizarre. El público respondió de forma notable a esta original y encomiable propuesta demostrando que el espectador no solo desea cine moderno con montajes epilépticos.
'La noche de walpurgis' y 'Mil gritos tiene la noche' fueron las dos cintas proyectadas la noche del viernes con gran éxito. La primera, interpretada y escrita por el recientemente fallecido Paul Naschy, es una visión distinta y original del mito del hombre lobo mezclando lo vampírico con la brujería y el satanismo con el inconfundible estilo setentero tan predominante en aquella época en España.
