While there was a very minor cross-over event with 'NCIS: Los Angeles,' the bigger shock to the system on 'Hawaii Five-0' (Mon, 10Pm Et on CBS) was the appearance of retired Ufc champ Chuck Liddell. Even worse, he was there to lay the beatdown on McGarrett, after McGarrett injured his intended opponent in a charity event.
You have to give McGarrett credit for heart, and he didn't stay down when he could have. He gave it his all, but this is the 'Iceman,' and McGarrett's all doesn't even come close to leaving a lasting impression on the Hall-of-Famer. But at least Alex O'Loughlin can now say that he stepped into the ring with Chuck Liddell and lived to tell the tale.
