Model-turned-actress Brooke Shields is determined to convince her daughters not to follow in her footsteps, because she fears the pressure Hollywood puts on young stars.
The Lipstick Jungle star shares daughters Rowan, six, and Grier, three, with husband Chris Henchy.
But the former child star knows first hand finding fame in front of the camera comes with high risks.
She tells U.S. magazine Life & Style, "For their sake, I hope they don't. There's a lot of pressure. As long as they get an education, they can do whatever they want. If they need my help, I'll try, but I hope they find other interests."
