Canadian terrorists won't want to mess with these guys.

Adult Swim’s wacky police procedural NTSF:SD:SUV:: has been renewed for a second season. The comedy spoof on shows like CSI, Criminal Minds, Law & Order and NCIS, stars creator Paul Scheer, Rebecca Romijn, Brandon Johnson and Kate Mulgrew. Mulgrew, who wore an eye patch in the first season, played Captain Janeway on Star Trek: Voyager.

“The ratings have consistently built throughout the first season and we love what we’re seeing from the show, and how can you not love SUVs?” Adult Swim’s Mike Lazzo is quoted as saying by The Hollywood Reporter.

NTSF:SD:SUV:: stands for National Terrorism Strike Force: San Diego: Sport Utility Vehicle. The show’s over-the-top, often hilarious and sometimes surreal 15-minutes episodes focus on a clandestine group of government agents based in a hi-tech facility in San Diego. They »
