Fox is officially back in bed with Kiefer Sutherland.

After discussing the strong likelihood that his pilot, "Touch," would be go to series after being filmed this summer at the network's TCA presentation, Fox confirms the "24" star's drama will debut in in Spring 2012.

Created and written by "Heroes" mastermind Tim Kring, "Touch" stars Sutherland as a widower and single father, Martin, who can't connect with his mute son, Jake -- a son he discovers has the "ability to see things that no one else can and the patterns that connect seemingly unrelated events."

Instead of communicating verbally, Jake has been trying to convey things using numbers, so to better understand his son, Martin starts working with a professor (Danny Glover) to "decipher the meaning and connect the numbers to the cast of characters whose lives they affect."
