Rachel Uchitel, or "Tiger Woods' mistress No. 1," has landed a gig as a correspondent for "Extra." According to the New York Post, Rachel Uchitel so impressed producers during her interview with host Mario Lopez that "she's been offered a job as a special correspondent."

So who is Rachel's illustrious first interview? None other than Jake Pavelka, pilot of "The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love."

Jake opens up about Ali leaving the show, being confronted by the ousted women again at the "Women Tell All" and his future plans. Rachel also gets Jake on the dance floor a salsa dance lesson. Ay-ay-ay.

Rachel's Jake interview airs on "Extra" Thursday, Feb. 11. Check your local listings for times.
