Funnyman Andy Dick has been ordered to stand trial over allegations he sexually assaulted a security guard.

The star was charged with felony first degree sexual assault following the incident at a bar in Huntington, West Virginia last year. He is also accused of kissing a male customer the same evening.

Dick attended a court hearing in the city on Friday and was ordered to stand trial in January, according to AccessHollywood.com.
