The New Moon phenomenon is growing from strength to strength - 2,150 screenings of the Twilight sequel have already sold out.
The film opens at midnight on Thursday at select cinemas and film fans are already buying up pre-release tickets by the coffin-load.
Website MovieTickets.com is reporting over 200 sell-outs in Los Angeles and New York alone, and the sequel leads all ticket sales online.
A spokesman for MovieTickets.com tells WENN, "It's accounting for 90 per cent of all ticket sales."
The film is expected to topple 2012 as the world's number one movie this coming weekend.
