Former Cheers star Kirstie Alley's latest weightloss battle will be televised.
The actress famously shed weight as a spokesmodel for U.S. diet firm Jenny Craig but then piled the pounds back on.
Now, she's keen to slim down again - and this time she'll fight the flab for a new A&E TV series.
The 30-minute show, produced by the team behind American Idol, will also feature Alley's search for a new boyfriend and her life as a single mum of two teenagers, film producer and budding inventor.
The series will debut in 2010. »
