hollywoodnews.com: Bryce Dallas Howard, most recently of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” fame, recently announced that she and husband Seth Gabel (“Fringe”, “The United States of Tara”) are expecting their second child. This summer, Howard will play queen bee Hilly Holbrook in Tate Taylor’s screen adaptation of Kathryn Stockett’s bestselling novel, “The Help.”
The couple’s first son, Theo, was born in 2007; since then, the actress has spoken candidly about her struggles with post-partum depression. Howard wrote in a July 2010 essay for Gwyneth Paltrow’s blog, “I felt I was failing at breast-feeding. My house was a mess. I believed I was a terrible dog owner. I was certain I was an awful actress; I dreaded a film I was scheduled to shoot only a few weeks after the birth because I could barely focus enough to read the script. And worst of all, I »
