A Hong Kong tycoon has succeeded in his bid to turn the former home of martial arts legend Bruce Lee into a museum to preserve his memory.
Lee's former two-storey home in the Kowloon area is now owned by billionaire philanthropist Yu Panglin.
He claims he has already turned down an offer of $13 million (GBP8.9 million) for the house, because he is determined to donate the building to the city and use it to pay tribute to Lee.
And his plans to turn the house into a tourist attraction was given the green light on Tuesday after locals and government officials approved the venture.
Panglin says, "Both sides have now reached a consensus to go ahead and essentially proceed with this good plan.
"I'm 88 years old now and hope that while I'm still alive I'll be able to see this Bruce Lee museum completed."
Enter the Dragon star Lee died in 1973, aged 32.
