British actress Kate Winslet has defended her controversial Vanity Fair cover after claims it was airbrushed - she is adamant her slimline figure was down to good lighting and make-up.
The Titanic star stripped off for a Catherine Deneuve-inspired shoot for the magazine last month, posing provocatively on a sofa wearing nothing but stockings, high heels and a fur throw.
Winslet's slimline figure drew accusations that the pictures were digitally altered to remove her famous curves, which her representative quickly denied.
And now the pretty actress has revealed the secrets to looking sensational in the shoot.
She tells New York Daily News, "Anyone can look like that with lighting and hair and make-up. I didn't work out beforehand. I can't remember the last time I've been to the gym. I don't have the time.
"I'm a busy mum promoting two movies. That's enough of a workout!"
