Hollywood actor Samuel L. Jackson has offered his support to victims of last week's terrorist massacre in Mumbai, India.

At least 188 people were killed when gunmen opened fire in multiple locations in Indian's financial capital.

And Jackson took time out to condemn the terrorist attacks when he spoke at the 23rd annual American Cinematheque Awards, where he was honoured for services to the movie industry.

He says, "There are some nasty people who want to keep us not socialising and indoors. We can't let that happen."
