Aussie beauty Cate Blanchett is to be honoured with the 2,376th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Steven Spielberg and David Fincher - the director of Blanchett's upcoming film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - will be on hand to help the actress unveil her star in front of the Egyptian Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard on Friday.
Her new film, which co-stars Brad Pitt, will be released in America on Christmas Day.
