Hollywood heavyweights Susan Sarandon, Spike Lee and Anne Hathaway are among the long list of stars hosting a forthcoming event to celebrate U.S. President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration.
The Creative Coalition's Gala Inaugural Ball will see a legion of A-list attendees joining the five million people expected to attend the historic bash next year.
Organisers of the non-profit event are reportedly using their star supporters to solicit sponsorships of up to $150,000 (GBP99,700) from corporations and lobby firms, according to the New York Post.
The ball is scheduled for 20 January - the same evening Obama will be sworn into office.
