Sharon Stone has fired back at reports from leaked court documents suggesting she once planned to inject Botox into her son Roan's feet to stop an odour issue, insisting the statement is "a complete fabrication".

A highly critical Tentative Statement of Decision, relating to Stone's most recent child custody battle with her ex-husband Phil Bronstein, claimed the actress wanted the eight year old to receive Botox treatments for his "foot odor".

Stone's high-powered attorney Marty Singer has now released a statement on his client's behalf, in which he states, "This week it was reported in connection with Sharon Stone's custody dispute that she wanted to have her young 8-year-old son undergo Botox treatment at this time for his feet.

"Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication.

"Sharon loves her son Roan and only wants the best for him."

Stone lost her battle to increase visitation time with Roan during a court hearing last month, and a judge ruled that Bronstein would continue to have "permanent sole physical custody of child".
