The Apprentice star Donald Trump is reportedly buying Ed McMahon's Beverly Hills mansion.
The former The Tonight Show sidekick is currently fighting to save his home from repossession after falling behind with mortgage repayments.
However, U.S. tycoon Trump has stepped in to help the star, reports the Los Angeles Times.
It states that Trump will buy the property and lease it back to McMahon to ensure he has somewhere to live.
According to the publication, Trump stated it "would be an honour" to help McMahon and adds: "When I was at the Wharton School of Business...I'd watch him every night. How could this happen?"
