O.J. Simpson's problems have just got worse - the fourth of five co-defendants in his 2007 robbery and kidnapping case has agreed to testify against the sports star-turned-actor.

Charles Ehrlick has pleaded guilty to the charges against him and agreed to testify against Simpson in return for a reduced sentence.

Simpson and his posse confronted two sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel room, taking items they claimed didn't belong to the dealers.

The dealers claimed guns were pulled during the heated exchange.

The robbery and kidnapping trial is scheduled to begin on 8 September.

Simpson and co-defendant Clarence Stewart have pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon charges, that could put them behind bars for life if convicted.

Simpson has maintained he was trying to retrieve personal belongings and family heirlooms that had been illegal taken from a family storage facility. He insists no guns were involved.
