Comedian Adam Carolla has been announced as the host of the new U.S. adaptation of the BBC's hit motoring show Top Gear.
The Man Show star will join race car driver Tanner Foust and TV home improvement guru Eric Stromer as the presenters of the show, set to air on U.S. channel NBC, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The original version of Top Gear premiered in 1977 and is currently the most-watched program in the U.K.
