Former Baywatch star Yasmine Bleeth avoided a four-year jail sentence by pleading guilty to cocaine charges. Facing charges of cocaine possession and driving under the influence, Bleeth agreed to plead guilty to one in exchange for the other one being dropped. Under the terms of the plea deal, she reportedly faces two years probation and random drug testing, with her record to be wiped clean if she fulfills the terms of her probation without incident. Formal sentencing is set for January 9th. In the mean time, though not in a live-in rehab facility, Bleeth's lawyer said she was undergoing private outpatient counseling by the founder of the Promises clinic, which has recently been in the news as the rehab home of Paula Poundstone and Ben Affleck. And, as with Rebecca Gayheart, who recently received probation and a whopping community service sentence for an automobile vs. pedestrian accident in which she killed a 9-year-old-boy, Bleeth's lawyer claims she received no special treatment because of her celebrity.
