Heart-throb George Clooney turned down a starring role in a new movie - because he's too sexy. George was offered the lead in the film adaptation of Nick Hornby's novel About A Boy, but believes he's too handsome for the role about an average man who joins a single parents group to meet women. Hornby, who also penned big-screen hit High Fidelity (2000), starring John Cusack, says, "George Clooney read the book and said nobody would believe he would need to join a single parents' group. 'You would need someone more average-looking.'"
