Executive producer and plastic artist. He first graduated as an illustrator from the Eduardo Abela Academy of Plastic Arts. After completing graduate studies in Sociocultural Studies, he majored in executive production at the San Antonio de los Baños International Film and TV School, Cuba.
He has worked as a producer in independent films and short fiction and documentary films such as: Sirenas, Polski, Tiznao, Resina, Palomeros, Ahasverus, and Las Hortensias. All of them have showcased and participated in festivals like the Havana International New Cinema Festival, Guadalajara International Film Festival, Clermont Ferrand, Short Films Bogotá (Bogoshorts), among many others.
His documentary short film, Atmósferas, (16mm film) won the best art direction award at the Bogoshorts, the best short film Award at the Vancouver Film Festival, among other awards. He co-produced a documentary short film, A su propio ritmo, with Canada.
He is developing the feature film Passengers for the Last Trip that was granted the Cuban Film Fund 2020 for scriptwriting and film development.
