Welcome to this review of Impact Wrestling’s Bash at the Brewery 2, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we’ve got the calm before the Tessa Blanchard storm, so don’t forget to wear your “don’t call me n—–“ rain-poncho. Hey, she’s the one who is the racist. Okay, we’ve got a good night of action to get to, so let’s rocket like a wocket in a pocket with its cocket in a socket.
Match #1: Ace Austin def. Wentz The following is courtesy of impactwrestling.com:
Wentz tweaks his knee in the early going. Wentz is about to fly to the outside but Ace rushes back in the ring and cuts him off. Ace continues to wear down the knee until Wentz builds momentum with a German suplex. Wentz hit a double foot stomp for a two count. Wentz spikes Ace on...

Welcome to this week’s Impact Wrestling review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have…Impact Provincial Wrestling Federation? What the f— did I just say? What have the dumb f—- done now? Apparently, Impact Wrestling has booked and aired a “retro” themed show that is based on a fake wrestling league. Well, Impact often has a hard time with their regular stuff, so why would they be any good at being someone else? F— it. Let’s see how this goes.
Match #1: Rapid Delivery Pete def. Rip Rayzor The following is courtesy of impactwrestling.com:
Rayzor refuses to put out his cigarette. Pete reminds him that smoking is bad for his health. Pete reaches for Rayzor but gets burned by his cigarette. Rayzor rakes the chest of Pete and puts in a headlock. Pete turns it around with a series of dropkicks, followed...

Welcome to this week’s Impact Wrestling review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have some different things to cover from the house that Aj Styles… kept from going bankrupt… for a while.
Match #1: Lucha Bros (Pentagon Jr & Fenix) vs. Cult of Lee (Trevor Lee & Caleb Konley) The following is courtesy of Impact Wrestling.com:
Lucha Bros gain control in the early going with a flurry of double-team offence! Lee distracts the referee while Konley illegally attacks Fenix to turn the tide. Cult of Lee connects with a top rope double stomp into an electric chair on Fenix but Pentagon breaks up the pin attempt! Pentagon and Fenix hit in-sync superkicks to Lee and Konley. Fenix connects with a springboard crossbody to Konley on the outside. Meanwhile, Pentagon hits a super lung-blower on Lee for a near fall. Fenix spikes Lee into a Fear Factor...

Welcome to the Impact Wrestling review for this week, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have some excellent wrestling to cover, so let’s not waste any time talking and just finish immediately. Good-night, every-body!
Match #1: Fenix beat Sami Callihan
I can’t believe I just wrote that. Fenix was actually booked to beat Sami. I’m thrilled that someone other than a white guy won a wrestling match for a change. That’s not a knock on any one promotion, but it always seems that just us white folks are booked to win the wrestling matches, even when it’s better for the non-white people to have a crack at glory. That’s right, we’re discussing equal opportunity wrestling. Aren’t you excited?! Screw it… this was a great match that oughta get your blood pumping no matter what color you are. The...

Welcome to this week’s Impact Wrestling review here on Nerdly! I’m Nathan Favel and we’ve got lots to get to right now, so let’s do so! Look at all of the exclamation points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow! We really blew the budget on those. I’m fired. Any-way, here comes Impact Wrestling!
Match #1: Fenix beat Rich Swann
My Take: This was the best match on the card. It’s probably not a great sign when the show peaks after the first bout, but these two guys can’t help but steal the show, I would imagine. Swann is so good at every-thing and Fenix is so dynamic. These two were so fluid with each other that you would wonder if Don Callis and Scott D’Amore were going to give these two a few extra opportunities to wrestle each other in the future. Swann and Fenix moved from strength to strength tonight,...
