Tony has been busy over the last few years with acting and film making. From 2015 he was seen on stage at The famous Minack Theatre in Cornwall playing the role of Lord Darlington in Oscar Wilde's play 'Lady Windermeres Fan', as well as winning the 'Best Supporting Actor' Award at 'The Hollywood Boulevard Film Festival' and being nominated for a host of awards in international Film Festivals including Hong Kong & Singapore for his work with acclaimed Cornish Film Director Ryan Vacey, starring in Sci Fi Feature 'World of Dreams' (Which premiered at a Cornish cinema), and Edgar A Poe's 'The Raven' which was nominated in the Watergate film Festival in London last year. King was also seen treading the boards at the Minack Theatre starring in 'The Rise & Fall of Magbeth' by acclaimed Cornish writer and luminary Micheal Segar Fenton.
Tony can also be seen on a regular basis during the summer months indulging in his passion for music, singing songs of love and swing, playing the trumpet and entertaining the public in the sun up and down the UK.
Tony King says of his recent Hollywood award ''I am absolutely humbled that my film has been chosen to be part of the The Hollywood Boulevard Film Festival. It just goes to show that Cornwall has so much to offer in terms of cinematic production value, and our next film promises to utilize Cornwall's cinematic gifts once again.
Tony is studying at Falmouth Univesrsity for a BA(hons) degree in Theatre & Performance.
