- Now based in Toronto, Chris began building his career on Canada's east coast, finding a home in one of Halifax's most renowned salons while training internationally with both Aveda and Bumble & Bumble in New York City and beyond. His time in Halifax earned Chris The Coast magazine's Best Hairstylist title in both 2007 and 2008, and his sought-after reputation had him contributing to national fashion and lifestyle magazines including Flare and Chatelaine.
Before moving to Toronto, Chris spent time in LA's top salons, working alongside and learning from the best in the business, apprenticing at the Andy Lecompte salon, nabbing the attention of Ken Paves, and learning the ropes with stylist Liz Devin, among others.
Equipped with expertise from the industry's finest, Chris has returned to Canada, staying on top of his game by applying his experience and talent to clients on the set of such national television programs as Cover Me Canada, So You Think You Can Dance Canada, and, most recently, Over the Rainbow.
A master at both coloring and cutting, Chris' aesthetic is best described as effortlessly chic, natural and sexy. Most importantly, though, this aesthetic finds its inspiration in each of his clients.
