Dilia Christine
Dilia Christine was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to parents
Maribel, a writer, and David Suggs, a singer/song writer/producer. Her
mother is Cuban and her father is American of German descent. Even
though she was born in Fort Lauderdale, Dilia was raised in Coral
Springs, Florida where she eventually attended and graduated from J.P.
Taravella High School.
At the age of eight years old, Dilia started attending a drama school where she was quickly noticed for her natural talent, landing her the leading role in the theatrical production of The Wizard of Oz as Dorothy, and later was also give the role of Alice in Alice in Wonderland. When she was thirteen-years-old, Dilia continued acting in her Middle school drama class, where she co-wrote and performed in the end of the year play entitled Life: Hate It-Love It-Live It. Throughout high school Dilia continued working on her craft, but growing up in a musical family music was never too far from her heart. Therefore, in addition to her constant dedication to acting, Dilia received voice lessons, and decided to join the Chorus class at her high school. There, she was once again noticed and promoted to Vice President of the Beginning Women's Chorus. They went on to win many competitions county and state-wide.
Dilia has an undeniable passion for her acting, and combined with her natural poise and charm it's easy to see how this is only the beginning of a beautiful and successful career.
