The agency's clients include Universal Parks & Resorts, Postmates, Lyft, Capcom Games and the world-famous, Jabbawockeez.
In addition to DIA, Flores serves as Co-Founder of Strategic Partnerships for World of Dance, the largest international dance competition found in 25 countries. Now a hit TV show on NBC, "World of Dance" debuted in 2017 as the number one dance competition series to 10 million viewers. It captivated audiences with international performers and superstar judges Jennifer Lopez(also serves as an executive producer), Ne-Yo, Derek Hough and host, Jenna Dewan-Tatum. Season two is scheduled to air in May 2018.
As the driving force behind prominent business partnerships, effective digital campaigns and celebrity endorsements, Flores has spent the past 20 years leading brands that diversify, entertain and influence lifestyles. In 2007, he started working with the popular hip-hop dance crew, Jabbawockeez, on the brand's domestic and international business development. Over the following years, Flores has identified opportunities to expand the group's reach and in 2015 secured a one-of-a-kind show at Universal Studios Hollywood's "Halloween Horror Nights." After three years, the Jabbawockeezremain the park's top-rated attraction during the sellout event. Flores has also secured groundbreaking business and strategic partnership opportunities with companies such as Capcom Games and brought the Jabbawockeez to Las Vegas in 2010 with a show at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino.
Before solidifying his place as one of today's top entrepreneurs, Flores carved out his niche in 2000 as the co-creator of DUB Publishing Inc., better known as DUB magazine. Over the next nine years, Flores grew DUB into the industry's go to car and lifestyle magazine with eye-catching covers showing Hollywood's top celebrities, professional athletes and hip-hop artists with their luxury vehicles. Most recently, Flores' agency, DIA secured the magazine's spring 2017 cover with the cast of Fast & Furious. This was the first time in 15 years that the cast of the billion-dollar film franchise had ever been featured on the cover of a car magazine.
In that same year, Flores also created MTV "Cribs: Car Edition" and later went on to co-produce the last eight years of MTV "Cribs." His work on the series led to a spin-off version on the network called "Pimp My Ride," plus two other car shows on the Discovery Channel, "West Coast Customs" and "Unique Rides." The latter currently airs on Velocity.
