We've been talking about L. Gustavo Cooper's upcoming Copiii: The 1st Entry for a few months now, and today we have more to show you in the form of a theatrical trailer and updated synopsis.
The film stars Rod Luzzi, Graci Carli and Emily Rogers. The story is by Cooper and Coe Douglas with a screenplay co-written by Cooper and Jon Bosworth. It's based on Romanian folklore that dates back to the 1500s which was used by parents as a way to keep children from sneaking out or acting up.
Basically the legend says that the only way any member of the group of gypsies known as the Copiii Pierdere could have children was to shed blood in a particular vengeance demon's name in the form of a cursed ritual.
