John Bryan Harrington was born on October 13th, 1988 in Boston, Massachusetts. Originally spending the first several years of his life in the Boston neighborhood of Dorchester, John moved with his family to the seaside Boston suburb of Cohasset in 1995. After graduating from Cohasset Middle-High School in 2007, he studied for a year at the Center for Digital Imaging Arts (CDIA) at Boston University, earning a Certificate in Audio Production. In September 2008, John traveled down to Savannah, Georgia where he continued his studies as an undergraduate student at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). In 2012, he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sound Design from SCAD, before starting his first film industry job as Stage Manager for the Paul Feig directed comedy, "The Heat" (2013).
