of Schenectady, New York in 2003. He studied filmmaking at New York
University (1987-89), and in 1990, was invited as a guest of the "Court
Circuit Festival Pour Les Nouveau Cineastes" (Paris, France). His film
In 2000, Mr. Kazee founded the New York City film programming organization, Subway Cinema, and in 2002, the New York Asian Film Festival. This annual festival holds screenings at NYC's Lincoln Center and Japan Society. In 2011, Mr. Kazee accepted a position on Subway Cinema's Board of Directors.
