Pamela Hamilton's career has encompassed the fields of broadcast journalism, filmmaking, publishing, and public relations. She has interviewed notable figures in business, entertainment, politics, U.S. intelligence and the arts and covered some of the most significant events of the 21st century. For nearly 15 years, Hamilton was a producer and on-air talent for NBC News, and she was a producer on the award-winning documentary Grateful Dawg. Based in Manhattan, she serves on the board of the Society of Professional Journalists' Deadline Club.
In 2021 Hamilton's debut novel, Lady Be Good, received a Kirkus Star and was selected as a Kirkus Best Book of the Year, as well as a Booklife by Publishers' Weekly Editors Pick.
