Ray Diaz began his career as a Model in New York, booking his very
first audition for a National Macy's commercial. A lucrative career
blossomed, working for such illustrious brands as Calvin Klein,
L'Oreal, Polo, Cosmopolitan, Harley Davidson and Reebok, amongst
others.
What many people wouldn't know is that Ray grew up in foster care for a little over four years. He was in and out of different foster homes due to the fact that his parents were taking to prison. Ray grew up bullied and consistently changing schools which made it hard for him to fit in. Ray was in and out of trouble as a juvenile and was consistently getting into fights. What astonishes people about Ray Diaz is that no one will ever know this about him because he was able to change his entire course of his life to become a better version of himself. His hard work and persistence and dedication to become better led him to New York City! Where he studied acting. And most importantly became one with himself and learn to love where he came from to love his imperfections and to be comfortable with his insecurities and learn how to use that to propel his career.
After studying acting at The William Esper Studio in New York, Ray moved to Los Angeles and instantly made his independent film debut in the thriller 'Stone Markers', while continuing to work solidly on television campaigns for Lexus,Ford,and Subway. He recently completed his second independent film 'In Da Cut' and subsequently found representation with Luber Roklin Entertainment and booked his first series regular role on HULU's Hit show" East Los High".
In 2016 of July Ray started making Instagram comedy videos and within three months got over 1 million followers. He then landed a lead a role as a series regular on, "Lopez" TV show starring George Lopez...
