Catalina Del Puerto is a Colombian-born American actress, writer and producer based in Los Angeles and Paris.
Catalina had an uprooted upbringing while residing in seven countries, inspiring her to build a strong chord with her heritage. She has Spanish, Latin American, Basque, Italian, and Irish ancestry and speaks fluent English, Spanish and French.
While pursuing a degree in International Law, she cultivated her passion for the Performing Arts and Film, laying fertile ground for her career. During her time in New York City, Catalina trained at New York University - Tisch School of the Arts, The Atlantic Theatre School, and with various coaches, including The Actors Studio's Susan Batson and Elizabeth Kemp, and London's finest Patsy Rodenburg.
Through the years, she has worked with top film directors and producers, starred in independent films, been the voice of documentaries and ads, and shot for various brands as a print model.
Catalina lives between the United States and Europe, where she continues her work both in front of and behind the camera, while developing a short film based on the life of Cuban-French writer Anaïs Nin.
