Lindsey's career in the entertainment industry began when she moved to Manhattan by herself at the age of 16 to study acting after receiving a contract offer from Wilhelmina.

Lindsey's entertainment industry work, humanitarian efforts, and studies have taken her to Denmark, Barcelona, and for short stays in 20 countries on 4 continents.

Shortly after being accepted to NYU, Lindsey's mother became terminally ill with ALS and Lindsey chose to stay closer to home. While pursuing her degree at Clemson University and never earning any grade other than an A, Lindsey was crowned Homecoming Queen, received the Rising Star award and the Algernon Sydney Sullivan award for "service & nobility of character." She served as a leader in three major organizations.. President of Leadership Council, Pan-Hellenic delegate, and Chairman of Student Senate.

Lindsey literally fell into LA on-camera success first as she was caught in the arms of Mark-Paul Gosselaar's character for TNT's Franklin & Bash. Look for Lindsey as Misty, Professor Haig's (played by Pierce Brosnan) student and love interest in 'How to Make Love Like an Englishman.'

Lindsey was born in Iowa, raised mostly in Illinois, later South Carolina, and presently resides in Hollywood.

Lindsey was born in Iowa, attended middle school in Illinois, started high school in South Carolina, and moved to Manhattan at age 15 to study acting after receiving a contract offer from Wilhelmina Creative.

Her mother was a piano teacher and died of Lou Gehrig's disease. Her father currently works in Brazil as Global Director for Danfoss Power Solutions.

In school, Lindsey was a competitive cheerleader, a cross country runner, homecoming queen, and a mathlete.

Growing up in a small town, the only form of entertainment was a theater, which Lindsey began performing in at age seven. After studying in New York, she studied briefly at the Kennedy Center then moved to Los Angeles - without the intent of pursuing a career in acting..

Her first job in LA was for a non-profit then she quickly became Miss LA 2011 to raise money to cure Lou Gehrig's disease. In the audience at the Miss California USA pageant were 20th Century Fox's main casting directors who approached Lindsey afterwards and asked if she would come to Fox the following Tuesday to do a test read. Donna Isaacson then helped Lindsey find representation and she has been a working actress ever since.

Her film repertoire includes Lionsgate's BLUE MOUNTAIN STATE: The Rise of Thadland, premiering in 2016; a leading role in TERROR BIRDS, 2016; and SOME KIND OF BEAUTIFUL with Pierce Brosnan.

Lindsey's most recent booking is a recurring role on CBS's SUPERGIRL.
