Philip Moran (II)A native of Toronto, Canada, Philip Moran began turning heads in Hollywood North when he got into the business. Born on May 11, 1968, Philip studied acting at the Pro Actor's Lab with Mentor David Rotenberg. Recently re-kindling his career playing an Immigration officer in the 2012 remake of 'Total Recall'.
