Christian Picado, a native of San Jose, Costa Rica, was raised in the vibrant community of Homestead, FL, located in South Florida. His journey into the entertainment industry began in 2007 when he enrolled in the prestigious John Casablancas Acting & Modeling school. Simultaneously, he pursued his passion for the arts by participating in the Drama & Television Production Academy program at Homestead Senior High School.
Upon completing his training at John Casablancas, Christian swiftly garnered attention, securing roles in commercials, short films, and televised events, where he provided invaluable support and filled various roles. In 2010, he seized a significant opportunity by landing a role in the documentary film "Absent," which delved into the profound impact of paternal absence, featuring renowned musician James Hetfield of Metallica. The film received critical acclaim, earning multiple awards and further establishing Christian's presence in the industry.
During this pivotal period, Christian also discovered a deep-seated passion for music, using it as a creative outlet to navigate personal challenges. He embarked on a journey to hone his musical skills, networking within the industry while interning at Power 96, Miami's premier radio station.
In 2011, Christian expanded his repertoire by joining forces with Masterflow Productions, an independent film company, where he served as a Production Assistant and contributed as part of the miscellaneous crew for their production "The Empty," further solidifying his versatility behind the scenes.
In 2014, Christian's talent transcended boundaries as he showcased his dynamic skills as a Public Dancer alongside international Latin sensation Victor Manuelle. Their electrifying performance marked the closing act of Univision's esteemed Latin Award show, "Premio Lo Nuestro," captivating audiences worldwide with his captivating stage presence.
