Degrassi: Next Class: Netflix Series Renewed for Seasons Three and Four

Netflix is going back to school. The streaming service has renewed the Degrassi: Next Class TV series through the fourth season. On Monday, Netflix announced the second season of Degrassi: Next Class would premiere July 22, 2016. Now, EW reports Netflix has picked up seasons three and four.

The latest installment in the long-running franchise, Netflix describes Degrassi: Next Class as, "...a pull-no-punches dramatic series that tackles the real-life issues of high school students. Telling the stories of 'Generation Z', the series focuses on a group of teens as they begin their journey into adulthood." The cast includes Nikki Gould, Ricardo Hoyos, Andre Kim, Eric Osbourne, Olivia Scriven, Sara Waisglass, Amanda Arcuri, and Ehren Kassam.

"The Martian"

Unfortunately, the poster on this one was misleading -- they never actually let us bring Matt Damon home after seeing the movie. (His wife would probably disapprove.) You can, however, take home Ridley Scott's acclaimed Mars mission movie "The Martian" on DVD and Blu-ray starting January 12. The Blu-ray editions include more than 90 minutes of special features, including five "in-world" pieces, and featurettes from the cast, director, and producers. There's also a gag reel, which should be fun.

"Hotel Transylvania 2"

Drac's Pack is back in the sequel to "Hotel Transylvania," as they put the son of Mavis and Johnny through a "monster-in-training" boot camp to bring out his vampire side. The DVD, out January 12, includes feature commentary with the director and vocal cast, »
