Wayne Burns, born in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada, is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada's prestigious acting program and continues to act in theatre, film and television.
Wayne made his screen debut in Jason Buxton's multi-award-winning film Blackbird (2012) opposite Connor Jessup and Alex Ozerov. The following year he acted along side the late Cory Monteith in Gia Milani's All the Wrong Reasons (2013) and was nominated for Best Actor in a Short Film for his performance in Jeremy Webb's Bone Deep (2014) at the ACTRA Maritime Awards.
He can be seen regularly as Lykos, Prince of Athens, in the SyFy original series Olympus (2015) where he stars alongside Sonita Henry, Graham Shiels, Matt Frewer, Sonya Cassidy and Tom York.
Wayne divides his time between Toronto, Nova Scotia and New York.
