In 2007, when a new auditorium was added to the Leblon Theater, in Rio de Janeiro, and named after his great-grandmother Tônia Carrero, on opening night Vitor and his younger sister Juliana played together in a scene from Guilherme Figueiredo's "Um Deus Dormiu Lá em Casa," repeating the roles in which Tônia and Paulo Autran made their joint stage debut in 1949.
His father, Luiz Nicolau being also a musician, like his uncle João Thiré, Vitor's own music icons include The Beatles, Black Eyed Peas, Dafted Punk, Chico Buarque, Carlinhos Brown, Lil Wayne, Paulinho Moska, Tim Maia, Lenine, and Michael Jackson.
Like his mother and his uncles, from a very early age he studied at Rio de Janeiro's prestigious studio theater O Tablado.
