Chamín Correa, Roberto Cantoral, and Leonel Gálvez formed the balladeering trio Los Tres Caballeros, the name borrowed from a Disney cartoon. Cantoral's lyrics, Gálvez's vocals, and Correa's skill on the requinto led to national fame with hit songs "El Reloj" and "La Barca". The group disbanded in 1961.
