After taking a 12-year break, he joined with Alvarado Rey's Cinthia Becks for commercial, print and theatrical representation.

He's also studied the martial art Jeet Kune Do with actor Jason Scott Lee, sifu Jerry Poteet, sifu Jesse Glover and most recently with the Inosanto Academy. He spent nearly three years, twice a week, in private training with Jerry Poteet. Larry also studied escrima, Filipino knife fighting and Ta-te, which is live samurai sword fighting for the stage.
