The first and new red band movie trailer for Columbia Pictures upcoming comedy "22 Jump Street," is now online. YouTube Comedy Week kicked off this week and is showcasing the best of comedy with live events, video premieres and creative collaborations from the world’s funniest people. From May 19-25, YouTube Comedy Week is bring together the biggest names in comedy on YouTube and beyond to create a one of a kind experience for comedy fans.

To kick things off YouTube put together The Big Live Comedy Show, a live 2-hourcomedy variety show that was live streamed across the globe featuring Sarah Silverman, Seth Rogen, Vince Vaughn, The Lonely Island, Key & Peele, Reggie Watts and many more comedy stars. The show was produced by Jash channel co-founder Daniel Kellison, along with Joel Gallen.

The Big Live Comedy Show is here. After weeks of hype, promos, and TV spots, YouTube Comedy Week has arrived, with some of the biggest stars in both new and traditional media taking to the Internet for a live streaming kick-off show. The slogan for the week-long event is "this better be funny," and the Big Live Comedy Show is our first chance to see if Comedy Week will be as macho as Arnold Schwarzenegger made it seem or just a big waste of time and talent. Funnyman Rob Riggle Jokes His Way Into Fox Pilot The Gabriels

You’ve heard, “If you build it, they will come.” Well, if you make ‘em laugh, they will hire you. Case in point, comedian Rob Riggle has been making the rounds in various guest roles and his popularity has just won him the starring role in the new Fox pilot, The Gabriels.

You saw him on the big screen in 21 Jump Street. He’s done recent guest work on New Girl and The Cleveland Show. Now the Fox network has plans to put Riggle to work full-time. THR had the inside scoop of the new comedy pilot, The Gabriels.

The pilot centers around a quiet, “introverted, neurotic Wisconsin family that lives in a community of over-sharers.” Riggle will star as Ken Gabriel, “a childlike man with devilish energy.” I’ve got to say, this premise has me scratching my head. What is an over-sharer? Is that like when a co-worker shares too much information? »
