Michael Furlong(I)

Born in Liverpool in July 1983, Michael started his training at the
Manchester School of Acting in February 2008. He was cast in his first
professional role in March 2009, appearing in Series 6 Episode 7 of
Paul Abbott's BAFTA award winning Shameless. In January 2011, after
three years at MSA, Michael headed for the bright lights of New York
City and was offered the chance to study at the acclaimed Atlantic
Acting School. It was here where he honed his grasp of Practical
Aesthetics a technique conceived by David Mamet and William H. Macy .
While in New York he landed the lead role in the short film After Ever
After or Numbers On A Napkin playing Sydney Gamblin. Principal
photography took place in and around Manhattan between March and May
2011. Michael returned to the UK in June 2011 and moved to London to
continue his career.
