Frank E. Garcia was born in Honduras and raised in Orange County, CA.
He attended California State University Northridge, where he graduated
with honors and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Screenwriting.
Afterward, Frank was accepted into California State University Northridge's selective Master of Arts: Screenwriting program. While there, he was hired by the University to direct a freshman orientation film, hired as a Professor of Screenwriting on a one-year appointment, and worked on the Warner Bros. lot for the producers of 300, Immortals, and The Departed.
Frank has written/produced/directed several shorts, with some being a co-effort with his brother, Josue Garcia. Together, they credit themselves as The Garcia Brothers.
