About the hour:
Collecting Criterion is about so much more than the movie. Of course, it all begins and ends with the film itself, but that delicious middle of supplements really makes or breaks the quality of each individual package. Many of us obsess over the quality and quantity of additions to each title like they were a fine wine: The commentary on this package lends it a full-bodied presence that fulfills its potential. The interview with the director leaves a faint aftertaste that is a bit unpleasant. The inclusion of the trailer lends just a bit more flavor that pushes it over the top to perfection.
But sometimes there are additions to a package that very few people know about at all. Generically these are called easter eggs in the business and they can be lurking on any disc that you might have in your possession. You may not know that they are there,...

Haven't you always wanted to know what Conan O'Brien and The Walking Dead's Steven Yeun would look like in a K-pop video? I mean, I have, so even though this video dropped over the weekend (it was part of O'Brien's Korea special, which also features a segment that was technically filmed in North Korea, and may well be the first late night talk show ever filmed in that country), I'm sharing it now. We've all seen O'Brien's string dance, but now it's part of a choreographed dance sequence in a music video for J.Y. Park's "Fire." O'Brien and Yeun participate once they're given K-pop makeovers. O'Brien looks like he's having an absolute blast. K-pop fans: Wonder Girls and Twice also appear in the video. One of the Wonder Girls throws O'Brien out of an airplane, as you do. Song's pretty catchy, too. ...

Across YouTube, Facebook and Team Coco, Conan‘s Korea content has clocked a combined 8.5 million views. Park and K-pop superstars including the Wonder Girls. That video surpassed 2.2 million on YouTube alone: And Conan‘s first late-night talk show from North Korea, in which Conan O’Brien interviewed The Walking Dead star…...

“Breaking up is hard to do,” sang Neil Sadaka, and Lady Gaga certainly can understand the sentiment. After all, she’s endured a long and tumultuous on-and-off relationship with ex-boyfriend Luc Carl, muse for “You and I,” who she reportedly broke up with for the second time just a couple of months ago. While Gaga the New York City girl may find ending a relationship difficult, Gaga the business mogul, however, seems much more decisive. After a series of clashes over differing visions on a number of projects, Gaga has decided to cut ties with her long-time collaborator, creative director and choreographer Laurieann Gibson.
Gibson, as Little Monsters are well aware, choreographed the iconic dance moves for “Bad Romance” and other Gaga classics like “Telephone” and “Born This Way,” so her absence will definitely be felt in the Haus of Gaga. Not that Gaga is worrying right now,...
