Maksim Chmerkovskiy will be bringing the heat to the Dancing with the Stars ballroom when he returns next week!

In an Instagram photo on Friday, Chmerkovskiy showed off his farmer’s tan, and fit physique, in a shirtless photo alongside celebrity partner Heather Morris.

“This Monday @dancingabc @heatherrelizabethh #teamMaksimumHeat #IWillNeverLiveThisDown #FarmerTanGameStrong,” he captioned the photo of the duo in front of a green screen.

Sporting white Calvin Klein underwear, jean overalls and a black bandana on his head, the 37-year-old new dad stared intensely into the camera while Morris, 30, struck a similarly hilarious and commanding pose.

The Maksim Chmerkovskiy injury absence has been sorely felt by Dancing With the Stars die-hards, which makes the dancing pro's shirtless snap signaling the drought is over that much sweeter.

Chmerkovskiy will make his return to the ballroom floor on Monday with dancing partner, Heather Morris. The dancing pro's calf injury, which he sustained during rehearsals, has kept him sidelined since late March. In his place, troupe dancer Alan Bersten has been dancing alongside Morris.

Val Chmerkovskiy and Normani Kordei are proving to be steep competition on Dancing With the Stars, which may ignite a sibling rivalry when Maksim returns to the ballroom next week with partner Heather Morris.

Et's Nischelle Turner caught up with Val after he and the 20-year-old Fifth Harmony singer performed the Paso Doble to Mulan's "I’ll Make a Man Out of You," and scored an impressive 39 out of 40. Len Goodman was the only judge who did not five them a 10.

After being sidelined for four weeks, Maksim Chmerkovskiy is returning to Dancing With the Stars to dance alongside Heather Morris.

Since Chemerkovskiy suffered a calf injury near the beginning of the season, Morris has been paired up with DWTS troupe member Alan Bersten, and the pair have been knocking their routines out of the park.

While he hasn't been able to dance, Chemerkovskiy has remained closely involved, working with Morris and Bersten during rehearsals and choreographing many of their numbers -- including this week's Frozen-themed jazz routine for DWTS' Disney Week.
