Mini Biography
Jim Whelehan is President and CEO of Sun Spot Productions, based in Hermosa Beach, CA and founded in 2009. What started as a school endeavor in the UCLA Business program for Entertainment, grew into a passion for helping new directors, DP's, Gaffers, Make-up folks, etc., get started with their film projects. Jim's plan is to complete 3 short movies and enter them into several film festivals, then move to Full Length features after that.
